hey i had the exact same problem but i figured it out :L
here's exaclty what i did:
i downloaded this https://www.mediafire.com/?7qpeb978492pzxx
i extracted the Auto-Sign folder into my desktop.
download the brave frontier mod and the unmodded apk.
put them both inside the Auto-Sign folder.
i change the .apk to .zip and and extracted the libgame.so
and after modding it, i placed it back, and change the file name back to .apk
after i ran the sign.bat and it made me a new file called 'your_app_signed.apk', renamed it and installed it into my device and it works.

Kalo menurut ane sih, ga usah di ubah jadi zip, cuma OPEN WITH, terus pilih WINR*R, jadi apk nya tetep bentuk apk, ane udah coba kok, bisa ke injek, tapi server mainten, ane blm bisa coba, kalo udah tar ane share disini.. Buat TS, tolong taruh PAGE ONE
ralat gan. skrg ane udh berhasil ngubah file lib.so-nya. pertanyaannya gimana cara ubah balik biar jadi .apk liwat komp?ane udh coba pake winr*r tp ga kebuka. apa ilmu per mod-an ane yang masi rendah

mohon pencerahan agan"update gan, ane udh jalan nie cheat enginenya, tp masi sebatas bisa di guest doank. pas coba di face book ga mau connect, agan" ada yg bisa bantu?gan tolongin ane gan, ini modsnya udh jalan, tapi cuma bisa guest mode, pas di klick link ke FB ga bisa" nie.. pdhl udh hapus smw apps di fB sama di Hp yg berhubungan sm FB.. ada yg bs ksh solusi?
