By the way i see it. pangya oviously changes the arrays or values for addresses . i dont know if it changes with updates or if it does when a new season is released. The quick answer i can give you is that the array ur using is obsolete.
If it comes for any help watch this video , it might give you a hint on how to get the arrays for the new version of pangya . it just states a way to get addresses.

I have not found the way but . we are on the same quest regarding cheat engine.

now you can't zeroing that array to make the wind disable, read the asm code which produce the wind vector, it's changed too.
